Babies, Children and Young Adults Services
Greenstaff Community Care believes that it’s best for children to be at home with their families. Caring for a sick or disabled child at home can be exhausting so it is important that the packages of care are 100% fulfilled. If you have a gap in your service, we can help fill that. Babies who are born early or who have a medical condition may be admitted to their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We can help get
them home.
Children who require nursing support can be supported in the home, at school or college and during social activities. For young adults, we can provide care and support up to the age of 25 enabling individuals to stay healthy, happy and safe in the comfort of their own homes and transition into adult services. Every individual’s health, care, education and development needs are provided by our highly skilled nurses who will work with the tailored care and support plan.
