Our highly experienced nurses work around you, to provide a high quality and professional personalised service. We cover last-minute shifts when others can't.

What We Do

We at Greenstaff Community Services have developed Complex Care at Home. We have exceptional highly trained and knowledgeable nurses to support patients in the comfort of their own homes or local community, providing person centred care to make a positive impact to patients lives and their families. Whether that be for a short or long period.

We provide nurses to work with people of all ages from Babies to the Elderly.

The types of services we provide include:

– All aspects of Respiratory support including Ventilation

Our Staff

Using comprehensive vetting procedures, Greenstaff Community Services strives to identify workers with a lifestyle that allows them to react at short notice to support Complex Care at home. Staff we use are caring, motivated and highly skilled. Ensuring that all staff follow the values that Greenstaff Community Services follow: Integrity, Compassion and Care.

Here at Greenstaff Community Services, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. We have developed a unique vetting process to ensure our candidates are a perfect fit for the roles we place them in to. As a nurse-led business, quality is at the forefront of what we do. Every candidate we register undergo vigorous checks. Our interviews by our Head of Nursing enable us to look at qualifications, experience and competences.

Every nurse will be required to undertake rigorous compliance checks before entering the workforce. This is to ensure all candidates meet NMC, REC and CQC standards. Greenstaff Community Services is committed to ensuring that all workers are comprehensively vetted to ensure suitability to role.

Nurses will always be vetted against the following criteria:

- Professional Registration with the NMC
- Competency will be verified by professional references in conjunction with a thorough interview with Head of Nursing
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring service check (including Adults and Children workforce check) is performed
- Fitness to work; A certificate is issued by SEQOHS accredited Occupational Health partner
- Proof of Identity is evidenced via a 3-point check
- Right to work in the UK is verified using UK Border Agency tools
- Adults / Paediatric Life Support at the required level
- Manual Handling including the use of hoists (where applicable)
- Safeguarding vulnerable Adults / Children Level 2/3
- Information Governance
- Health and Safety
- Infection Control
- Lone Worker
- Managing Violence and Aggression including PMVA
- Complex symptom management
- Intravenous therapy management
- Palliative care
- Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Other bespoke training
